How do I begin the training?
Once you register, you will be directed to create your private  account (username and password). You may begin your training immediately after registering, or log in to your private account later to begin. You have lifetime access to your training materials.

What about training equipment?
80% of the training can be done without any equipment. For the remainder, some simple and very affordable training gear is used. Prices range from $9 – $50 depending what you get.
