How do I know if this program is right for me?
If you are looking for a great starting point to give you straightforward, results-driven workouts which you can do no matter where you are, then yes this is definitely for you. These workouts can all be done at home so it’s ideal if you don’t do any exercise currently and want to get into a regular program.
How long is the program?
The program lasts 12 weeks (and can even be cycled through again and again), a TON of value provided in the package that works out at a great deal – the cost per week is ridiculously low right now!
How long does a session take?
All the workout sessions are designed to be completed in 30 minutes or less.
Is the men’s and women’s program the same?
The sessions are a bit different, with slightly different targets and guidelines depending on ability. Both are included, so you can even do it with your partner!

Do I need equipment?
No equipment is needed for this guide. You can do these workouts anytime, anywhere.
What if I can’t do one of the movements? (e.g. bad knee, shoulder).
No problem at all, in the community you can ask the coaches any questions you might have or if you need a substitution for a situation unique to you. That’s what we are here for.
