A message from program creator Nick Edwards

If, like me, you have struggled with your weight for most of your life and are looking for the answer to rid your body of fat forever, then you have come to the right place. My need to create this fat loss program came from my own desire to be slim and healthy for life.

As with most diets out there, the success of achieving your fat loss goals can be rudely disrupted by the sudden realisation that within weeks of reaching your fat loss goal, you’ve put the weight back on. And in many cases you’ve put on even more weight than when you started!

This then leads you to look for another diet plan, with the hope that this new diet works better than the last one. But again, once the goal is reached the fat comes back. This is because most diets only work for as long as you’re on them, but how many of you actually want to stay on a calorie restrictive diet for the rest of your life?

I know I don’t. That would be miserable because most diets aren’t fun, they’re hard work.

So a modern day diet is only good for the short term goal, say a wedding or a beach holiday, but for life long results they just don’t cut the mustard.

For over 20 years I struggled with my weight and I experienced the highs and lows of a yo-yo diet existence.

Then one day, when I’d finally had enough of my belly, I made an incredible adjustment to my life. An adjustment which would turn my life around forever.

I changed my mindset

Everything I did for those twenty plus years was mired in a negative, defeatist mindset. I was a victim of my own self sabotage. I was the reason why I was fat and unhealthy. Nobody else was to blame. It was all down to me!

My negative actions and my critical inner voice enabled my self harming attitude to override any sense I may have had to make the right decisions about my life and health:

“I hate my life therefore I comfort eat”.

“I hate my job therefore I comfort eat”.

“I hate my boss therefore I comfort eat”.

“I hate my body therefore I comfort eat”….. and so on and so forth.

I would look for any excuse to eat something I shouldn’t in order to make myself feel better. And the end result of this was an obese, unfit, depressed and negative human being. In public I would pretend to be happy but behind closed doors I was a mess.

Having hit the rock bottom of my negative mind, I decided that I was the problem and that only I could change my predicament. So I started an exercise regime. I swapped refined carbs for complex carbs, reduced my animal proteins and ate way more vegetables. I quit eating unhealthy snacks and filler foods. I woke up early to fit in my exercise regime and I pre cooked my lunches for work.

Over the course of 9 months I lost 5 stone (70Lbs/31kgs).

In my local gym I would watch the personal trainers with their clients and I used them, and the health and fitness example they provided, as my own personal long term goal. I now had a mission to accomplish. Not only did I want to look like a personal trainer, I wanted to become a personal trainer!

Personal Training

After losing the weight I enrolled on a year long Personal Training course, which I passed. I started my business and before long I had my first clients. I developed my skill set to include kettlebells and functional fitness training, I studied night and day about real nutrition and within a year and a half of really hard work I was a fully booked personal trainer with a waiting list of clients.

I had made my personal dream come true. That obese, unhealthy, smoking, drinking, depressed human I once was had blossomed into an attractive, slim, muscular, fit, in demand personal trainer who had a waiting list of clients wanting me to make them slim and beautiful.

What a turnaround!

For years I let my life pass me by, never thinking I would amount to anything important. No girlfriend, a big belly, bad health, a lazy mindset, a rubbish job and then, suddenly, I had become the dream person I had always wanted to be. I now have a wife, a daughter, rude health, a strong body and a career I absolutely LOVE! 

Power Of The Mind

That one clear and decisive thought that I had manifested, to make a change to my negative mindset two years earlier, had made all of what was happening around me come true. My thoughts had become things!

My determination to change my life and to want for better than I had, created the sequence of events that led up to my complete and utter transformation. It was during this process that I realised just how important the mind is for achieving exactly what you want from life. If you can think it, you can be it. Positivity is the key to success.

Your mindset is the key to transformation. Whilst I was in a negative paradigm, my life sucked. But once I’d made the mental shift to want better life experiences, to want a slimmer, healthier, sexier body. To want all that I desire, well, that was the key to unlocking my lifes potential. And this applies directly to you and your fat loss concerns too.

A New Challenge

With my own obesity struggle conquered, 10 years of valuable personal training experience behind me and countless numbers of happy, slimmer clients, I decided it was time to put all of what I have learned over the years into a lifestyle program that will cater to the individuals needs whilst guaranteeing fat loss and rude health for everyone. People are roughly the same and yet so very different and so my plan needed to cater to everyones needs.

From the ‘always cancelling due to phantom illnesses’ to the ‘never cancelling a session despite a genuine illness’. I’ve seen it all and I have learned from every single client, both positive and negative, of just how individual we all really are.

So I created the lifestyle plan to cater for our unique bio individuality. People of different races, creeds, ethnicities and from different geographical locations require different diet plans for them to reach individual, nutritional health. Every human being on the planet is unique and needs a unique training plan that suits their body type.

We are all bio dynamic and we need to learn to listen to our body to find what best suits it today because tomorrow, next week, next month or next year it may call for something different, and if we don’t hear it’s voice because our lives are full of stress and distractions, we are the ones who end up suffering.
